If you’ve misplaced or lost an item in the mall, there’s a good chance it has found its way to our Lost & Found, located at the Customer service desk, Gate No:1.
Similarly, if you’ve found a personal belonging, please report it to any Customer Services Desk, or if convenient, deliver it to the Lost & Found.

We are a team of passionate and professional babysitters, dedicated to empowering families through their parenting journey and build their confidence as new parents. Heraa provides an exceptional childcare experience while you shop and dine at The Heraa Mall.

The Heraa Mall prioritises the safety of its guests. Round the clock Security teams and an onsite Emergency Response Team are readily available to respond to immediate situations and react in the event of a crisis or emergency.

For the courtesy of visitors and customers, The Heraa Mall has onsite prayer rooms for men and women on every gate and are clearly marked. For more details, please approach any Customer Services Desk or refer to our digital Map for locations.
Baby Strollers & Wheelchairs
